Harold Amos Medical Faculty Development Program Annual Meeting

Dr. Outtz Reed presenting her work at the annual AMFDP meeting! An exceptional meeting with exceptional scholars!

What a success the Lymphatics GRC was this year! It was so wonderful to see all my friends and colleagues in person after so many years apart. Stunning science, stunning setting, what more could you ask for! I was very happy to present our labs work looking at lymphatic thrombosis in emphysema. Thank you to the organizers Tim Padera and Taija Makinen for hosting such a great conference and for the opportunity to speak!


Cornell undergraduate Adesuwa Carlton gave an excellent talk describing her summer research project in the Outtz Reed Lab as a part of the WCM/Cornell Ithaca WISER Program. Great work Adesuwa, we are so proud of you!


Dr. Outtz Reed recently joined Dr. Souheil El-Chemaly from Brigham and Women's Hospital on a podcast sponsored by the American Thoracic Society! In it, they discussed the lymphatic vasculature's contribution to normal lung function lung disease. Listen to the podcast here.
